A 12-week 1:1 programme in yoga, nutrition, and nervous system work, built for women in their 20s and 30s.
Enrolment by application, via the Wellness Audit.
You don’t need another plan. You’ve had plans. The 21-day challenge. The elimination diet. The 75 hard. The six-week strength programme. The cortisol cocktail. The morning routine that was going to change everything. Something worked for three weeks. Then life happened. Or your cycle shifted. Or work got heavy. Or the plan didn’t account for the body you actually have.
What you need now is different. You need someone to sit with your specific body, your specific cycle, your specific life, and do the slow, unglamorous work of actually changing how you feel.
The Prana Method is 12 weeks of that work. Yoga, food, nervous system, accountability. Personal, not programmatic.
The Prana Method is built on three pillars: Regulate, Nourish, Rewire. They’re not sequential. They run together, across all 12 weeks, because the body doesn’t heal in tidy phases.
Regulate. Your nervous system is the floor everything else sits on. If it’s dysregulated, no plate change will hold, no sleep hack will work, no cycle will steady. We begin here. Pranayama, nidra, restorative practice, breath, and the specific yoga your body needs right now. This isn’t fitness yoga. This is yoga as medicine, the way it was built to be.
Nourish. Not a meal plan. A rebuilding of your relationship with food, rooted in Indian tradition and supported by modern metabolic science. We look at timing, sequencing, blood sugar, micronutrients, and the things you’ve been told to cut that you never needed to cut.
Rewire. This is where accountability lives. Not behaviour change science. Not habit trackers. Weekly check-ins where I hold you to what you said you wanted, using yoga and nutrition as the framework. The work of actually showing up, week after week, to the version of yourself you’re becoming.
Weeks 1 to 4: Foundation We map where your body actually is right now: sleep, cycle, plate, stress, energy. We begin regulating the nervous system and make the first plate shifts. This phase is quieter than you’d expect. That’s the point.
Weeks 5 to 8: Rebuilding We go deeper on the pieces specific to your body. Hormonal work if that’s your terrain. Gut work if that’s what’s loudest. We deepen the practice and sharpen the plate. This is where most women start to feel the shift.
Weeks 9 to 12: Integration You’re practising without me hovering. We consolidate what’s holding and let go of what isn’t. The goal is that you walk away not dependent on me, but clear on how to keep going.
